A huge bird (a hero of Russian folk tales). Carrying the hero of the tale out of the “sinkhole” where he is thrown down by his evil older brothers. On the way up, the hero feeds the bird with meat from his thighs. After getting out of the sinkhole and the punishments of his brothers, the hero needs to get off of Magovei, lest he give himself away entirely. The fairy tale, being not just a fascinating and marvelous story, necessarily carries psychological meanings. So observant Russian people reveals in the image of Magovei, an allegory of the evil childhood dream - “I will grow up and reach such heights that no one can harm me!”. And then it is noticed that having reached the heights it is necessary to get down from this power in order to live by oneself. After all, only being free, the hero of the fairy tale becomes a prince.
